San Mateo On the Rise
Since going over $1,000,000 in March, the median sales price for single-family, re-sale homes has stayed in a narrow band between $985,000 and $1,130,000. It’s tempting to think prices have leveled out, but expect the lack of inventory to push prices up. The median sales price rose 7.4% in September from August. It was up year-over-year by 24.7%.
